Off Season
The Backpack Squad is excited to announce that starting as early as Labor Day, we will begin collecting school supplies for the following year. Our mission is to fill bags for in need and ensure they are ready for success. You can help by donating supplies or spreading the word about our efforts. Together, we can make a significant impact in the lives of children!
Phase 2
Gathering
July, we jump right into the exciting process of gathering, staging, and purchasing backpacks and school supplies while the Back to School sales are in full swing. This phase continues until August , ensuring we’re well-prepared for the new school year. However, our commitment doesn't stop there; we actively gather and purchase supplies year-round, keeping us busy even during the school year. Stay tuned for all the great things we’re on!
Phase 3
Registrations
To ensure that we have enough supplies for everyone, we require applications for receiving a backpack. This process helps us manage resources effectively and meet the needs of all applicants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Phase 4
Sorting
In the middle of August, our dedicated team will begin sorting through all the bags and supplies that have been generously donated. This important step ensures that everything is organized and ready for distribution. We appreciate the community support and look forward to making a positive impact together
Phase 5
Packing
Get ready, everyone! The packing is underway, and all the backpacks will be distributed by the last week of August! It's such exciting time filled with anticipation and preparation. Stay tuned for more updates.
